PTPTN REPAYMENT USING KWSP

Hi guys...still cannot sleep. So better I writing to cover up the day I lost. Hehe...

PTPTN - How many of us took PTPTN? A lot I think. What do you think of PTPTN? Many of us saying PTPTN like licensed "Ah long". Me too ;-p... But don't you think without PTPTN maybe we cannot afford to further study. For me for SURE I cannot afford since I came from an average family. So, my point is - even though it is  pain in the arce*, we still have to thank to PTPTN who helps us a lot back then. Right?

So, I'm not gonna say about what PTPTN to us but How to repayment PTPTN. I did by using second account KWSP. I know some people say KWSP is for our future saving. It is very true. But we have to pay debt. What if we die before reach 50? Still cannot use that KWSP right? But in the end we bring debt until dead. Remember guys - we MUST pay all debt BEFORE we gone forever.

So, back to the point, I did it using KWSP. It is pretty easy actually. I finished it  within 2 days only. Thanks to the only brilliant idea of our government - UTC.

Day 1 - I went to PTPTN at UTC JB around 8 pm on Sunday. Very fast since not so many people on weekend at night time. I met this young girl said that I want to do repayment using KWSP. You only need to bring/show KWSP statement to her. I just show using KWSP apps that I downloaded just before I went there. But make sure you did have online account first. Ok, then she told me the procedure to do repayment. It is very simple - 1. Prepare RM 90 if you don't have the original agreement (she will prepare for you).  If you do have just bring it. 2. She (PTPTN) will prepare surat pengesahan. In my case she just email me the documents that I need to bring to KWSP.

Day 2 - I print out the required documents (stated below) and came back to PTPTN counter to take surat pengesahan (with PTPTN's stamp), then bring the documents to KWSP. At KWSP, you only have to queue. At the counter, fill in the document and DONE. You can pay as much as you want. My advice, if you are still using conventional (3% interest), just pay "baki tertunggak" like RM5K for example. Then you do "Ujrah" to turn all balance into 1% interest. After 3 months, you can do repayment using KWSP AGAIN. By that time your "Ujrah" already valid so you can save a lot! In my case they didn't explain about this so I lost quite a great amount. Please take my advice.

Oh...this info might not spread good enough. You can do repayment for how many as you want. The interval between repayment is 3 months. Which mean you can do again in the next 3 months. The only thing is you must have enough money in your KWSP lah!

So, to summarize, the documents/items/things that required for repayment using KWSP as per below;

1. Letter of agreement (Original)
2. KWSP statement
3. IC
4. Copy & original of cert (Degree/diploma)
5. RM90 (if don't have original agreement)
6. Yourself ;-p

Simple is it? If you stay in JB and require assistant I can help. I also can give you contact person that can help you - Ms. Mohnita. She helps me a lot. She even update me when the payment completed. Great service!

AVENGERS : AGE OF ULTRON

Hi guys...I think it's been two days I've been missing. Today also still not feeling well. I just woke up after taking 2 nos actifast early evening today (yesterday).

After taking bath since my body all sweaty becoz taking actifast and full body cover with blanket, I cannot fall asleep. So I decided to paste the sticker that I just bought after work from Watson.

Please see photo (^.^)y...even though I still haven't watch that movie - sob....sob...but I'm happy with the outcome.

Maybe after this I can go to sleep hehe...

MONDAY FEVER

Sorry guys...it's been 2days not writing. My hand shaking becoz of that...Haha... Kidding la...

The truth is I'm not feeling very well yesterday. Today also not so good with sore throat.

But what can I do. Still go to work and do so many stuff. Health one thing, works one thing. Haiiiish...kan bagus kalo boleh duduk rumah goyang kaki sambil tgk movie duit masuk macam byk iklan tu...Hehe...

Haha...maybe most of you wonder apahal la Emiryu pkai shower cap kat kaki. It is not shower cap tp sarung kasut.

The Client so afraid that we will bring mess to his floor. So everybody have to wear the shoe cover.

We have to bear it for 7 days project. Luckily not a long project. Haha...

KILLING TIME ACTIVITY - PC REFORMAT

Hi guys...today activity - PC reformat for my friend. It is better I do it rather than send to IT shop. For sure he has to pay at least RM50.

He helps me a lot in the morning to pick me up from main gate to the office. It took 15 minutes you know from the main gate to the office by walking. Fastest I can do 10 minutes. Good exercise for daily routine. Haha...

So, I tend to favor him this time. It took only maximum 1 hour to complete the reformat. Not too burden for me. I'm writing this while doing that. So, I missed nothing actually.

Actually at the same time I am drafting Love Story Part 4 - The Boy Meets The Girl for you all. I think it is quite nice but don't know yet. Maybe I just "syok sendiri". Who knows until it really shows right?

But I think it is quite interesting and can't wait to write it. Hopefully I can finish it by tomorrow for publish. Forgive me if it delay a little bit okay? Hehe...  (^.^")...

SOCIAL MEDIA – STILL LOVED

After 4 years never update my Facebook account, today, maybe can put in one of the historic event, I updated my Facebook account. Never thought received so many comments and Like. Seem like the old days coming back when old friend saying “Hi” and all that.

It’s not that I don’t want to update but I loose purpose for updating. Maybe busy with works and daily live. Night time if have time I would prefer call my wife and talk to Cica (my older daughter). 

But since I have new purpose so I started be socialise again.

Cat – a mans' good friend. Always stay by your side when you need the most. Haha…don’t know whether this is true or not. Last time I did have a cat – not mine actually. It’s belong to my sister – the name is Bibi and Popoi. But Popoi long gone due to sickness. However Bibi still alive until today but stay with our parent. Bibi old enough for a cat. Almost 12 years in human year.

If we count as per above chart (taken from Quirk Books), Bibi’s age should be 64 years old. Wow! Never thought she’s that old. No wonder 1 of her fang fall off few years back.

GOOD MORNING???TOO EARLY?

Hi all…good morning or good night perhaps. Haha…too early or too late for sleep? I just woke up after 1 hour sleep or rather unintentionally overslept. It run late but not ready for sleep yet so I just write a few word to you guys. Haha…it’s like a habit now to write daily.

But if you can see as for yesterday topic, Dinner di mana – satay sedap, it was my very first attempt using blogger apps in mobile and it works great! Perhaps in future it will be many threads in a day I would like to write. Just I hope that you all not tire to read my thread haha...

Basically today I have 1 topic would like to share. This topic I would like to tribute to my COC (Clash of Clans) friend - Aliff regarding cat. But I need few info & facts to make it more interesting. So maybe I’ll publish it tomorrow.

So that’s it for now. It can be like a teaser if I’m a popular artist but it’s not happen like that. Haha…what to do, I’m just Mr.Nobody.

DINNER DI MANA - SATAY SEDAP ( Cont)

Hi all...I'm sorry I don't want to tease you all but this is really great and I really want to share with you all as fast as I can.

Just reach my home, change cloth and do preparation for dinner...tadaaa...satay best! Haha...

For those who never eat satay ( its a pity). You should try after this.

It consist of satay (it can be anything - chicken, meat, dear meat, lamb, rabbit and so many more), nasi impit (its like normal rice but you cook with more water than normal), sliced cucumber, red onion and peanut sauce.

The secret of the satay is how well you prepare the satay whichmean how well you mixed and marinate the meat. Besides that, the other secret of good satay is how good the peanut souce. Not for everybody but at lest for me..

Sorry guys...I want to write a little bit longer but my stomach and saliva cannot wait any longer.

DINNER DI MANA? SATAY SEDAP

Hi guys...Dinner di mana hari ni?

Satay hawker style in Pasir Gudang (Air Biru) area. 1 of the most favourite place for satay.

I've tried the MOST famous satay in Johor Bharu which is Wak Radol. Have few branches  in JB but i'd still prefer this Satay Klasik.

They offer quite variation of satay but frankly speaking I haven't tried other than Satay ayam & Satay daging.

But I really love Satay daging. The moister after you bite the satay & the marinated spices you can feel inside your mouth. The soft texture of the meat you can easily feel and munch inside your mouth. Even kids also can eat the satay daging since it is so soft for your kid's teeth.

What makes it so great is the fat of the meat also grilled together with the meat. The juicy shining after grilled so tasty for the eyes. With the sweet smell makes your saliva running inside your mouth.

Can't wait to eat...haha..I'll post again the photos after I ate...bye then...

SYUKUR

Syukur Alhamdulillah finally I've got finalised the template for this blog. I think I’d like to stick to this template for quite some time. You can comment about it if you want. Actually, I prefer you comment or give suggestion to me to make this blog merrier.

Syukur also I’ve manage to write the part 2 of the Story Telling section (as you can see above tab). It is hard for me to write since I’m not natural born writer. Hahaha…hah! Phewww…!

It is not an easy job to be a writer…so now I know. It requires a lot of time and to write and to find idea at the same time. I really respect to novelist, journalist, blogger or any writer out there. Started from today, I’d appreciated your effort.

Syukur, this is the fourth day since this blog published. I still have the courage to edit the appearance and writing at the same time. I hope you all enjoy reading my blog. If there is anything you would like for me to add, please I beg you to inform me. I’d really happy to do it for you.

I’ve been thinking for this first week I’d like to write more about me, introduce myself so in future maybe…just maybe and hopefully we can get close.

STORY OF MY LIFE, GOT FROM YESTERDAY (^.^')

Hi all…we meet again. Thank you for coming again. Hehe…

Remember yesterday I said want to call my precious before sleep? Luckily I got to speak to my precious princess. But unfortunately IT’S 0045 in the morning!!! Dear…papa mama have to sleep, tomorrow still need to wake up early for work…huhu…

But it was a relieved she talks to me A LOT even thought I am just “ermmm…ooo…ok” most of the time…haha… But it was very nice talking to her. Seems like all the boredom for the whole day gone like that.

It took almost half an hour talking to her & few times the phone disconnected. Dunno whose fault. But for sure I got scolded. Her lovely voice up, “Papa! Nape tutup tipon. Cica tengah ckp ni!”. I just replied “Sorry Cica, papa tetido”. Haiii…kids nowadays J

The most happiness can bring, before end call she said “Sayang papa, sayang mama, sayang adik” with soft lovely voice. I missed them so much. Sooo sweet & resulting I’m woke up late for work J.

Lot more to tell but I think I stop here for tonite. Just let yesterday’s sweet memories coming back today.

MONDAY BLUES...

Ahh…it’s Monday again..!!! Why not every day is Sunday?

Do you have the same thought? Haha…same to most of us. But to think it on the other bright side, it’s just another day. Days full of the things that for us to create some good, bad, so-so, or whatever it is. It’s all memory that we can laugh on, hate or missed. But really hope that today is better from yesterday & today for better tomorrow.

Forget about it! It’s already Monday night & just few more minutes Tuesday is coming!!! Sooo late for writing...Hahaha…Hahaha..Hahaha…

I missed my kids & wife. Dunno what to do. They are so far from me or maybe I can say that I’m far from them. I don’t know how long anymore it will be like this. Hopefully it will end very soon. NOT until my little princess & prince not so little anymore.

Last weekend is the LONGEST weekend ever since I’m staying home hopelessly doing nothing important - ALONE. It’s almost 2 years we’ve been separate since I’ve counted. Very long…long enough.

GREETING FROM A FOUNDER ... \(^_^)/

Hi hello everybody…this is my very first writing for this blog. Hopefully you are all will enjoy reading my writing.

Actually, it is nothing special, only to express my thought my feeling thru this writing. So that I can fill up my boredom and have a sharing moments & comments from you all.

This is first time I wrote in a blog. I also don’t know how to make a better blog. Hope you can understand & I promise you that I will improve the appearance of this blog, writing wise, info, etc.

Why LurveNerd?

Haha…this word came to my thought just so sudden before I created this blog. Maybe got a little carried out from “Chuck” – Nerd Herd. Have you seen them? You should though. It’s a nice sequence but the ending frustrated to me. But for some followers it’s a good ending.

Okay! Back to the question, “Why LurveNerd”?

Ermmm…its maybe I’d would like to share my thought about love or about heart related. Heart disease? Maybe. But I’m not a doctor or something. Yes, it is true but heart disease not only a doctor can cure. This disease already spread out beyond control. A disease that we can feel or see daily but we just ignored it. It is about LOVE that we are talking. Love towards family, close people or surrounding us, environments, our believes and what MOST important is àlove YOURSELF.

Feel free to like or not because it is based on my thought & experiences only. Remember, whatever I wrote might be right or might be wrong. But my principal is easy, there is no right or wrong in projecting our thought. It is only taking another path. Since every decision we make will lead to another path. Doesn’t matter which path we take, that is the best path for us. Take pride in it & strive for our target.

Oh..quite a lot I wrote. Anyway, thank you for visiting my blog. I really appreciate it. Feel like some part of me relieve after wrote all this.
